Packet Explorer (no tm, no (c), no nothin') is a doohickey to list the
guts of a packet for developers who need to see what's going on inside
(or for the merely curious). Use by *Cs for political purposes is
forbidden. It gives you a brief help screen when you start it up;
doesn't take much. To be sure you have something to play with, I put a
small packet in the archive. Please don't import it and forward it all
over the place. Packet Explorer should read unlimited length messages.
It may freak over a really grunged packet (never resync)--CTRL-C/BREAK
is not disabled.
PKTHDR.EXE is for MS-DOS systems, PKTHDR2.EXE for OS/2 systems (will run
in a window and knows long filenames). If you run something else, the
source code is in the archive. Program is released to public domain by
the author (me). For all the good it'll do you.
